Service · 03Reception desks, suite packages, restaurant interiors and serviced-apartment furnishings — delivered against your opening date without trading away the finish quality of a one-off residential piece.
Most commercial millwork in Malaysia is either factory-output — fast but generic — or boutique studio work that cannot keep up with an opening calendar. We have spent years building production capacity that lets us do both: every piece passes the same maker, but we can run repeatable suite packages in batches without losing fidelity.
Our largest single delivery to date was 28 suite packages over 14 weeks for a serviced-apartment operator in Mont Kiara. The finish quality on suite 28 was indistinguishable from suite 1.

Headboard walls, nightstands, freestanding wardrobes, writing consoles — repeatable across 8 to 60 keys with phased install.
Hand-laminated lobby pieces in solid hardwood with bronzed or oxidised brass detailing. 4 m to 12 m runs.
Banquette seating, host stands, wine displays and bespoke service stations for independent restaurants and chef-driven concepts.
Compact furniture-as-storage packages: bed frame + nightstand + wardrobe + writing console + dining bench, optimised for compact units.
Showcase shelving, central display tables and POS counters in solid timber — particularly suited to apparel, jewellery and book retailers.
Library walls, communal worktables and small-meeting room cabinetry, sized for high-traffic durability.

Repeatable suite packages: headboard, two nightstands, wardrobe, writing console.
